What can I manage with iVault?+
Device inventory, stock purchases, invoices, exchanges, returns, customer and supplier ledgers, repairs, expenses and reports.
Can I keep the full dashboard?+
Yes. Full view remains the recommended default. The software preview also offers a Minimal view under Settings → Theme & Dashboard UI.
What does iVA help with?+
The preview checks supported questions about balances, stock, repairs and profit, and provides iVault workflow guidance. It uses preset record checks; general conversation is not enabled.
Will reminders send automatically?+
No. iVA prepares a message and can open WhatsApp for a customer with a valid phone number. You review it and send manually. Invoice PDF attachments may require a separate attachment step.
Can I try it without my real shop data?+
Yes. Explore the linked software preview with isolated sample records. It does not connect to live Database or process payments.
